I wasn’t able to complete the download of the Free movie. How do I get a new password so that I may try downloading it again?
Please email us and we’ll send you a new password.
Downloading the film is taking longer than it seems it should. What’s going on?
If you’re connecting to iDocumentary.com with a dial-up connection download times will be extremely long, as the film’s file size may be 200 MB or more. Another possible issue is that the number of people trying to download the film may be overworking the server. This is a temporary issue, as we are working on upgrading iDocumentary during this initial beta introduction stage. iDocumentary.com. If you are experiencing delays, please try downloading the film outside of peak hours (9 to 5 EST).
May I share the free Special Offer films I download with others?
No. By downloading a film from iDocumentary.com you are agreeing to use the film for your own personal entertainment purposes, and not for re-distribution.However, during this introductory phase, we do encourage you to tell your friends about iDocumentary.com so that they can legally download a free copy of our latest documentary film.
I’m a documentary filmmaker and I’m wondering what kinds of films you’re looking for?
We’re looking for documentary films covering a wide range of subjects, from nature and the environment to social documentaries. Our goal is to offer one of the widest selections of films documenting all aspects of the world in which we live.Initially, at least, we’re most interested in working with independent filmmakers who own the distribution rights to their films. If you’re a filmmaker, and have films you’d like us to consider offering at iDocumentary.com, please contact us for further information about licensing agreements.
